Early Voting at Strawn City Hall

Early voting begins 4-22-2025 at Strawn City Hall. This election is for 2 places on the Strawn City Council. Early voting is between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Tuesday 4-22-2025 to Friday 4-25-2025. It will resume on Monday 4-28-2025 to Tuesday 4-29-2025. Election day will be Saturday May 3rd.
Strawn City Hall Closed 4-18-2025

City of Strawn City Hall and Public Works Department will be closed on Friday 4-18-2025 to Observe Good Friday Holiday. If you have an emergency water or waste water issue please call or text the after hours on-call emergency number with a description of the problem. (254) 210-1440. This number is strictly for water and waste water emergencies.
Warming Station at City Hall

Strawn City Hall will be unlocked until Friday February 21st at 4 p.m. The council chambers will be available to anyone that needs a place to warm up. There are several chairs, a gas heater and electric heaters to keep the room warm. If you have insufficient or no heat, you are welcome to stay until this cold snap ends.
